Comic Script Writer — Character-driven narratives

About

I write character-driven comic scripts centered on belief, contradiction, and consequence.

My work explores how systems meant to protect people evolve into structures of control, and how individuals justify the harm they cause within them.

I build characters through the systems they create to survive. Their actions follow internal logic that makes their choices feel necessary, even when they lead to loss.

I am interested in what happens when those systems are pushed to their limits—when protection becomes enforcement, responsibility becomes burden, and belief begins to reshape reality.

My writing draws on narrative, philosophy, and how people think under pressure. I focus on stories of identity, displacement, and the tension between who someone is and what the world forces them to become, informed by an Arab perspective shaped by a cross-cultural upbringing.

This portfolio includes original work and selected reinterpretations of existing characters (for portfolio use only).
